Jack Batten, the Toronto Star‘s crime fiction reviewer, gave a welcome nod to UNCHARTED WATERS yesterday in the Star‘s digital edition. The print review will run in the weekend newspaper.
Jack also reviewed the first three Pat Tierney mysteries, and calls Pat “a hugely successful sleuth figure.”
I was especially thrilled that the review of UNCHARTED WATERS ran on the same page as Jack’s review of Gail Bowen’s latest mystery, The Unlocking Season. I’m a huge fan of Gail’s Joanne Kilbourn series, and this esteemed Canadian author wrote a lovely endorsement of my new novel, which is on its back cover.
Here’s what Jack wrote about UNCHARTED WATERS, or call up the digital version here.
